Elizabeth Gillies
Gillies Her acting career began around the age of 12 as she began going to local casting call open to the public. Gillies soon began to appear in commercials with companies like Virgin Mobile. Gillies debut television appearance was as a recurring character during three segments in the show The Black Donnellys. She's stated that she was never allowed to view the entire program in entirety since her parents felt the show was inappropriate for her at the time. [citation required] She had minor roles in the shows The Clique Harold and Locker 504 during 2008. She was cast during this summer's season, as Lucy and Ariana Grande, who was her co-star from Victorious and Jason Robert Brown's musical 13. After that, 13 relocated to Broadway as the only Broadway production with the entire cast and orchestra composed of teens. The two most popular songs she sang, "Opportunity", and "It can't be true" which were subsequently and were followed by smaller parts on songs like "Hey Kendra", "Getting Ready" and "The title track. Gillies continued working on the show until it closed on January 4, 2009
