A forceps fracture that created his famous "droopy" face was responsible for Stallone's birth. Nerves were cut by the forceps accident. It also left him with the ability to speak with a slur. Stallone was a victim of a rough childhood. The hostility of his parents ultimately led to divorce, had detrimental impacts on him as well as Frank.
