Francia Raisa

Raisa's acting experience began during junior high, when she began modeling and appearing in commercials. The sitcoms she appeared in included her as a guest star. American Family: Journey of Dreams as well as Over There. Raisa made an appearance in Lil' Romeo's music clip "My Girlfriend" as Tamy in 2004. She also appeared in Iyaz's music video "So big". About a month into her senior year, she booked one of her first roles as a lead as Hayden Panettiere's co-star as Hayden Panettiere in Bring It On: All or Nothing. Alexandra Delgado co-starred with Isabel in the Nickelodeon film Shredderman Rules. She also made an appearance as a character in The Cutting Edge: Chasing the Dream and The Cutting Edge: Fire and Ice. She played the role of Adrian Lee in the hit ABC Family drama, The Secret Life of the American Teenager, from its beginning in July 2008, until the end of the series in June in 2013. In 2009 Raisa performed as guest on the US Network's In Plain Sight. She also co-starred with David Henrie in Boo, a short movie that was aired by YouTube. Raisa appeared alongside Mike "The Miz' Mizanin in 2013's Christmas Bounty. Raisa from August 2012 2018 to 2022, Raisa played a role in the Freeform show Grown-ish executive produced by Black-ish creator Kenya Barris. The actress was on the show for the initial four seasons, but left after the departure of her character at the end the fourth season. The other shows she has appeared on include freeform's Life-Size 2 television movie, which she starred in alongside Tyra banks. Raisa became part of the cast for How I Met Your Mother spinoff How I Met Your Father in May 2021. The show began airing on Hulu January 18th, 2022. In February 2022, the series was renewed to a 20-episode second season.
