LeBron Raymone James Sr. was born on December 30, 1984. He is an American professional basketball player. King James is widely regarded as one of the top basketball players. He is often called Michael Jordan when discussing the most well-known basketball player. James has won two Olympic golds and four NBA championships. James is an NBA All-Star and has the most playoff points, the second-highest point total, and the seventh highest assists total in his career. This is an NBA record that he's been an NBA All-Star for 18 years. As a total, James has played in more than 10 NBA Finals, the third-most of all time. The streak spans eight consecutive years between 2011-2018. James was selected to his place on the NBA 75th Anniversary Team and became the NBA's very first player to have attained 10,000 points or more, rebounds, and assists in his career in 2022. James played at St. Vincent St. Mary High School in Akron Ohio, where he lived his entire life. Media across the country portrayed James as a possible NBA superstar. As a prep-to-pro player, he was selected for the Cleveland Cavaliers with the first overall selection in 2003's NBA draft. In 2004, he received the title of NBA Rookie. He quickly was one of the league's best players and was awarded the NBA MVP in both 2009 and the year 2010. He was unable to secure a championship with Cleveland James left in 2010 as a free agent to become a member of with the Miami Heat this was announced on television in the special The Decision and is among the most controversial free agent decisions in sports history.
